- Do not throw away the plant or shipping material
- In your email to customer service, be sure to attach clear product photos
- In the subject line, state the issue clearly
If your plant was damaged in transit and you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, visit their website to file a claim immediately.
We have partnered with Route to ensure our customers have every available resource for filing claims against shipping companies after their shipment has left our nursery. Route claims must be placed within 15 days of the shipments' arrival. In order to expedite your claim, provide a detailed description and attach photos of the damaged packaging/product. All claims made with Route typically receive a response within 24 hours.
